The Turunc Rafting Tour lasts approximately 12 hours and begins with a complimentary pickup from your hotel in Turunc, followed by a leisurely excursion to the beautiful city of Marmaris. After breakfast we continue our journey from Marmaris to the base camp in the Dalaman River area. Admire views of stunning natural beauty all around you during this ninety-minute drive through the scenic countryside. Once we reach the base camp, you will receive some necessary instructions from our professional and experienced instructors. After that we will raft for 3 hours. We will also make some short breaks during the rafting for you to rest and enjoy the beautiful view of the stone cliffs,
Depending on the number of guests we have per day, we usually form groups of 8-10 people and each group is guided by our professional skillful instructor. Our instructors will help the group work together as you cruise down the river. Before we start our tour, you will have a chance to get acquainted with your teammates, which will help you to fully enjoy rafting as rafting is a team game. Our Turunc Rafting Tour is not only an amazing experience in itself, but also a great opportunity to make new friends.
The currents of the Dalaman River are rated at level 4 and are suitable for both amateur and experienced rafters. Our experienced rafting instructors will accompany and help you throughout the trip. We also provide the necessary safety equipment for safe rafting as your safety is our number one concern.
Once our wonderful adventure is over, our driver will take you to Marmaris bus station where you can take a dolmus back to Turunc.

Turunç Hotels Transfer: Pick up from your hotel
Our delightful river escapade begins with a complimentary pick up from your hotel in Turunc at approximately 7am, followed by a comfortable drive to our base camp near the mighty Dalaman River. Once we arrive at the venue, we will enjoy a delicious open buffet breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea. After breakfast we will make the necessary preparations for the upcoming rafting. We should note that the transfer from your hotel in Turunc is free.
Rafting: Our experienced instructors give a short but valuable introduction to the basics of rafting. They will also do a video presentation of the previous tours. This part of the tour may sound boring, but it is vital for your safety.
Drive into the mountains: After the briefing, we drive into the mountains on our rafts, which are tied to the minibuses. During this one-hour drive you will enjoy the mesmerizing view of the beautiful nature around you.
Getting to Know Your Team: Rafting teams consist of 8 to 10 people per raft, and to raft successfully, everyone on the team must work as a compact unit. It is therefore important that you get to know your fellow rafters.
Rafting begins: The rafting itself takes three hours. During these three hours we will take some short breaks so you can rest, relax and enjoy the amazing greenery around you.
Late Lunch: After our tour, we will enjoy a delicious open buffet lunch at a charming local restaurant around 4am.
Return to Turunc: Once we reach the city around 7am our driver will pick you up and take you to the bus station so you can catch the next dolmus back to Turunc.
