The Turkish Bath experience lasts for 2 hours, and you will go at a time of your choice that suits your holiday plans. According to your pre-booked time, you will be picked up at a pre-arranged time from your hotel or apartments in Antalya by a modern and air conditioned vehicle that will take you to the authentic and traditional Turkish Bath! From the moment that you enter the building you will notice the stunning decorations and traditional marble furniture. You will be shown to the locker rooms, which are separate for males and females and will be handed a traditional Turkish bath towel which is called a “peshtemal”. Wearing your swimsuit and with the towel wrapped around you, it is time to go to your first treatment…
The desirable sauna works at temperatures of between 40c-50c and does a fantastic job of sweating out the toxins from your body. Sauna rooms are very good for the body because it helps to prepare your skin for the following treatments; it does this by enlarging pores and softening the skin which helps greatly with the peeling process!
With your skin feeling supple and soft you will then be guided to another magnificent marble room where you will have a scrubbing massage. As you lay on the warm marble slab, your body will be scrubbed with an exfoliating mitt that will remove all dead skin and will help to improve your blood circulation at the same time. Following your body scrubbing session, your body will be treated to a relaxing soapy massage. The fragrant soapy scents will smell divine as your body relaxes in the warm room and all toxins are thoroughly removed.
By now your skin will be glowing with health and your guide will lead you to the final special room where you give your skin the ultimate present of an aromatherapy oil massage. Well known for their health properties, aromatherapy oils are used during this massage to replenish your skin, relax your muscles, improve blood circulation and help to keep your blood pressure at a stable level. The professional masseur will spend 25 minutes rubbing, kneading and massaging your body until you are feeling much fresher, both physically and mentally.
Feeling refreshed and soft, it will be time to head back to the locker rooms and get yourselves changed ready for the journey home. Before you enter your transfer vehicle you will be offered complimentary tea and water to finish off your experience with classic Turkish hospitality. When you arrive back at your hotel you will be ready to enjoy your holiday and your time in the sun!

I highly recommend visiting the Turkish bath in Antalya with Online Excursions. My girlfriend and I had an incredible experience and the family running the local bath were so friendly and the entire ritual was fantastic. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that we will never forget.
I had never been to a hamam before due to my prejudices but I was completely wrong. The hamam I visited was very clean and hygienic, the staff were polite and friendly. I truly enjoyed my experience and would recommend it to others.
