On the first day we drive to the ancient city of Ephesus. This ancient city holds many mysteries for you to discover. It was once home to the ancient Roman Empire and today it is a beautiful and unique historical place in Turkey. You will see the perfectly preserved remains of Hellenistic and Roman settlements.
As you explore the area, our friendly guides will be happy to tell you more about it. You can visit the beautiful Temple of Artemis, considered one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. After Ephesus we have optional sites to visit or just take a break. One of these optional sites is the House of Virgin Mary. This holy place is a very important place for Christianity and attracts many people every year. You will feel the peaceful and sacred environment of this place as soon as you step on it. At the end of the day we drive to our hotel in Pamukkale for an overnight stay.
On the second day we visit beautiful Pamukkale, a white heaven in Turkey. Its name means “The Cotton Castle” in Turkish and it really looks like it when you look at it. It is such a natural beauty that you will never forget its magic after seeing it. This place gives you the opportunity to escape from the stressful routine of normal life.
You can swim and relax in warm mineral water pools. At the same place you can also pamper yourself in Cleopatra’s pool. Since the water in Pamukkale and Cleopatra’s pool has skin revitalizing properties, don’t miss the chance to get inside! But you can also take a walk around them, breathe the fresh air and feel the relaxation when you don’t feel like swimming. Fethiye two-day tour begins with an early pickup from your hotel. Our driver and guide buses will be waiting for you between 06:00 and 06:30 in front of your hotels to pick you up according to your hotel location.
Fethiye: In the morning we stop at a special place where you can have a delicious breakfast. At this place you can taste traditional foods and take a break from your journey. This will be an inspiring moment for the rest of our amazing and fun tour.
Comfort break: After a few hours of driving, we give a comfort break. You can use the toilets or buy snacks. Our polite guides will inform you about this during the trip.
Ephesus: The ancient city of Ephesus holds many mysteries and mysteries for you to discover. It bears the marks of different cultures such as ancient Greek and Roman culture. Ephesus was once home to many Greek gods, so you’ll have the opportunity to learn about them. During the walk our friendly guides will explain and inform you about the historical sites.
Optional Visits: After our visit to Ephesus and lunch break, you have some optional sights to visit in the Turkish city of Selçuk. One of the most popular places among all is the House of the Virgin Mary. This wonderful atmosphere surrounded by greenery will welcome you with peace. Pamukkale Accommodation (Dinner, Breakfast at Hotel): After completing our first day in Ephesus Ancient City and Selçuk City, we will transfer you to a comfortable hotel in Pamukkale. A delicious dinner is waiting for you. After dinner you can rest in your comfortable rooms or use the hotel facilities. The next morning, after a traditional and delicious breakfast at the hotel, we drive to the magnificent Pamukkale.
Visit Pamukkale on the second day: This will be the most memorable part of your tour. Pamukkale is a wonder and has been officially declared a “World Heritage Site” by UNESCO. You will witness how amazingly nature has formed here when you see the snow-white travertines. In addition, you also have the opportunity to visit Cleopatra’s pool. As the water in Cleopatra’s pool and in the travertines has skin revitalizing properties, don’t miss the chance to take a dip!
Onyx Workshop: Onyx is a local marble-like material. The masters magically shape them and you will be amazed to see them shaping them. When we stop there, the local guides will tell you more about this material.
Drive back to Fethiye: After visiting the onyx workshop, we drive back to Fethiye. During the trip everything is thought out beforehand for you. However, if you need anything, do not hesitate to let our guides or drivers know.
