Kos Diving Tour Program

If you’re planning to go scuba diving in Kos, your adventure will begin with a departure from the harbor at 9:00 am. It’s recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure that you’re ready to go when the boat sets sail.

Once you’re on board, the boat crew will welcome you and answer any questions you may have. The diving boat is a double-decked vessel with a capacity of up to 97 people. The lower deck provides shade for those who want to relax, while the upper deck is perfect for sunbathing. The boat is equipped with a bar where you can buy drinks and snacks.

The crew of the boat consists of three people who will help you with anything you need. There are several diving instructors on board to guide you through your fantastic experience. The diving boat is equipped with showers, dive ladders, and all the necessary diving equipment.

Before your dive, you will receive dive training and instructions from a certified diver. The instructors will explain the basics, give you a diving course, teach you how to breathe underwater, and provide you with information on how to use the equipment.

Once you’ve completed the training, you’ll wear your diving equipment and wetsuit to get ready for the dive. The certified diver will ensure that you’re comfortable and confident before you enter the water.

The first dive is the most exciting part of the diving program. The duration of the dive depends on the diving package you choose, ranging from 20 to 45 minutes, and the depth ranges from 5 meters to 24 meters. You’ll have the chance to see a diverse underwater environment teeming with marine life such as seabass, red snappers, mackerel, sea bream, and even octopuses. Upon your request, you can also do fish feeding.

After your first dive, you can do snorkeling while you wait for the second dive. Snorkeling equipment is available on the boat, and you can explore the underwater world at your own pace.

Note that non-diver guests are also welcome on the diving boat. They can do snorkeling trips, swim, and sunbathe while their friends or family members do diving.

Some diving packages offer a second dive, which is similar to the first dive. The duration of the second dive will again depend on the diving package you choose, ranging from 20 to 45 minutes, and the depth ranges from 5 to 24 meters.

After the second dive, the diving boat makes its way back to the harbor. You can use this time to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the island from the Aegean Sea. The boat returns back to Kos harbor at around 02:30.
