Before participating in our diving program, all divers must complete a medical statement to confirm their fitness to dive. Once you’ve made a booking, we’ll reach out to you to fill out the statement together. This requirement ensures the safety and well-being of all participants.
To avoid any potential health risks, it is essential to follow pre-flight recommendations after scuba diving, which depend on the number of dives taken. For one dive in a day, the pre-flight time is 12 hours, while for multiple dives in a day, the pre-flight time is 18 hours or more. This is due to the absorption of nitrogen in the body during diving, which can cause decompression sickness if not released before flying. Therefore, it is crucial to adhere to these guidelines to ensure safety.
