Side Altin Beşik cave tour takes place every day in the morning. A fully air-conditioned and comfortable bus will pick you up from your hotel. You will be accompanied by a professional tour guide for the entire duration of this tour. The tour guide will be the person in charge to give interesting descriptions of the places you will visit.

The bus goes towards Taurus Mountains and the first stop will be in Avasun village. It is at 900m above sea level and from there you can enjoy a breathtaking view. For panoramic views, it then continues up to 1200m altitude. From this point you can enjoy a panoramic view over the infamous Green Canyon and the Green River.

Your next stop is Ürünlü village. There you have the opportunity to learn about the history and culture of the settlement. In addition, you can also observe traditional button houses and admire their unique style. An interesting highlight is that you will enjoy a 30-minute coffee break in one of these houses.

Then visit the infamous Altinbesik Cave National Park. The main attraction of the park is the Golden Cradle Caves, the largest cave in Turkey with an underground lake inside. To get the most out of your experience, hop on a boat and enjoy a tour of the lake. During the boat trip you will be amazed by the imposing stalagmites and stalactites.

Your exploration continues with a stop for lunch in the village of Ormana. There you will enjoy a delicious meal at a local restaurant. Ormana is also known for its button houses and truly unspoilt countryside.

The last stop of this tour in the Taurus Mountains takes place in Sarihacilar köyü. The settlement is located on the so-called Silk Road and there you can visit a 650-year-old Ottoman mosque. The bus will then continue its return journey to Antalya. In the afternoon you will return to your hotel full of memories and great pictures.

Day trip to Altın Besik Cave and National Park from Side

Altinbesik Cave National Park What follows is one of the most interesting stops of this excursion. During your time in Altinbesik Cave National Park you will visit one of the most famous places. The Golden Cradle Cavern is the largest cave in Turkey and inside there is a large underground lake. There you will enjoy an exciting boat trip on the lake and have the opportunity to admire the impressive cave formations with stalactites and stalagmites.

Afterwards, visit the village of Ormana to enjoy a lunch break. The meal will be served in a local restaurant and from there you can observe the untouched beauty of nature.

Sarihacilar Village: The final stop of your tour will be at Sarihacilar Village. This village is known for its long history and for being part of the Silk Road. There you will visit an Ottoman mosque and learn about its history and importance.
