You will climb 6 km with a cable car where the ruins of the medieval Seljuk fortress are located. From the fortress you will have a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean coast. You will take incredible photos in front of Taurus Mountains and beautiful Alanya. You can have a cup of Turkish tea in one of the traditional cafes up there or visit the 6-century-old mosque in the fortress.
During the tour you will go to the “I Love Alanya” observation deck, where you can take beautiful unforgettable photos of Alanya in the rays of the magical sunset. You can watch the crimson sun gently disappear behind the blue horizon of the Mediterranean Sea and how beautifully the Taurus Mountains are illuminated in the rays of the sunset.

Your Alanya city tour begins with a modern minibus that will pick you up from your hotel. You will visit Damlatash Cave with incredible stalagmites and stalactites. The cave is located next to the famous Cleopatra Beach, where you can walk or swim in the sea.
The cable car takes you to the top of a rocky hill where you can see Alanya from the ruins of a medieval fortress. Inside the fortress, you can visit the Mosque of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent or admire the panoramic view of Alanya while sipping a glass of Turkish tea.
After a short drive through the picturesque streets of Alanya and exploring the architecture, you will reach the heart of Alanya – the peninsula. All the main attractions of the city are located here: Cleopatra Beach, Damlatash Cave, Aladdin Fortress, Archaeological Museum, Cultural Center, Cable Car, as well as many cafes and restaurants. Your professional English-speaking guide will provide you with information about the region and you will then have 45 minutes at leisure. We recommend you to visit Damlataş Cave . Kleopatra Beach is considered to be the most beautiful and cleanest beach in Turkey. It is a two kilometer stretch of coast with beautiful sand and turquoise waters. A romantic legend is associated with this beach. Mark Antony presented this beach to the beautiful Egyptian Queen Cleopatra. Winning the heart of the queen is not an easy task. To impress them, Mark Antony filled this coast with sand from Egypt. This place became the Queen’s favorite resting place.
The sand on the beach is large enough not to heat up in the sun, and due to the small pebbles offshore, the water is always perfectly clear. The water is shallow, so the beach is suitable for swimming with children.
Damlataş Cave will really surprise you. As soon as you enter the cave you will immediately feel the atmosphere. The walls and ceiling of the cave are covered with fantastic stalagmites and stalactites from the 15th century BC. It is interesting that the cave was discovered relatively recently – in 1948. It was discovered by workers when they were building Alanya port. The air temperature of the cave is 23 ° C all year round. You can sit on the benches inside the cave and enjoy the wonderful view.
After your 45-minute free time, ascend Hidirellez Hill by cable car. The cable car connects Cleopatra Beach with ancient Alanya – the main fortress of the city. You can enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the city: Taurus, Mediterranean Sea and small houses and city streets. You will be amazed by the panoramic view you see from the cable car! Your ride lasts approximately 10 minutes during which you can take unforgettable photos.
Incredible views of the Mediterranean coast await you from Hidirellez Hill (161 m). The Taurus Mountains, the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea, Cleopatra Beach and the entire city of Alanya are at your disposal.
On the top of the rocky hill you can visit an impregnable fortress where many civilizations used to live. Due to the excellent location of the hill, around the 2nd century BC. BC settlements.
