What is included in the price of the ticket?

Built into the ticket price is the entrance fees to Pamukkale and Hierapolis. A guide is provided to keep you full of knowledge about where you are visiting, and you will also have insurance. All three meals inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price of the ticket.

Ok, sounds great! So, what isn’t included?

You will need to bring along some extra money for: your drinks and any snacks, any souvenirs you wish to purchase and also the entrance fee to Cleopatra pool.

Are the monuments in Cleopatra’s pool original?

Yes! The monuments and ruins that you see at the bottom of Cleopatra’s pool have been left as they fell. This is what helps create the authentic atmosphere knowing it is all original.

Will there be any shows in the ancient amphitheatre during our visit?

Hierapolis has been turned into a museum, and therefore it isn’t active in shows any longer. You will be able to enjoy the remaining ruins and admire what is left.

Why is Karahayit red and Pamukkale is white?

They are different colours due to certain chemical reactions, which the guide will explain clearly to you during the visit.

What should I bring with me?

It is a good idea to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, a sun hat, sun cream and a comfy bag to carry your belongings in.

Do we have to accept the free wine samples?
