Appreciate nature at its finest as you visit Sapadere Canyon, walk along the dreamy paths, cross the scenic pretty bridges and listen to the water calmly splashing down from the many waterfalls that grace this perfectly stunning area. A trip to a local village will have you discovering firsthand the true Turkish hospitality and give you a chance to sample freshly grown produce including tropical fruit, following a visit to the local silk weaving factory! Finally, what better way to cool off than an exciting and fun water fight! Take down members of opposing jeeps with your water guns… who is going to get the most soaked?!

At 9.30 in the morning, you will be collected from your hotel in Alanya in a mini bus which will then transport you to the meeting point of the fun jeep safari. Here is where you will meet your driver and the other members of your team in the jeep. It’s also a good opportunity to eye up your enemies for the impending water fight! From here you will travel along the luxurious pine forest framed roads where you will then arrive at a cute observation deck in Mahmutlar. From the deck you will not only have a panoramic view of the gorgeous Alanya, but also you will get to treat your eyes to the delightful sights of many plantations, including citrus, peanut and banana plants! This observation deck is great for many reasons: fantastic photos and educational facts about the wondrous plants. You will spend 30 minutes here, so plenty of time for some stunning photos.

Time to hop back aboard your jeep and pull out your water guns!! The drivers will take the jeeps to an off-road track where you will then try your hardest to wet the members of other jeeps…beware; you will get soaked! The water fight comes as a pleasant welcome from the hot sun. Besides, what better way is there to cool off than by having fun, fun and more fun?!

Full of laughter and possibly quite wet, it’s time to head to the next location which is the welcoming village tucked up next to the towering Taurus mountains. Travel in style in your jeeps through this traditional village as you see the friendly locals waving at their guests. Make sure to look out for the mosque here, it dates back hundreds of years and is absolutely stunning. In the village you will have the opportunity to purchase some local produce if you so wish. Products on offer will be: local produce from the village farmers, regional food and drinks, spices, fresh vegetables and tropical fruits. 

Another interesting place in this traditional village is the silk weaving factory; you will be able to witness firsthand how the locals weave amazingly beautiful silk products. Don’t worry there will be lots of time to fully inhale the atmosphere of this peaceful village and its culture as you will spend 45 minutes here.

Jump back on your jeeps and embark on the next part of the journey which will take you to Sapadere Canyon. Boy, are you in for a treat here. This large mountainous gorge is just bursting with beauty and nature; it is literally swimming in pretty waterfalls, cute bridges, enchanting lagoons and not forgetting the magnificent pine forest. The Sapadere Canyon itself is very large – 750 meters long in fact. You will spend 1.5 hours here, so although it won’t be enough time to walk the whole length of the canyon, the guide will take you to the main attractions. A scenic and attractive path will lead you on a pleasant 30-minute hike through the valley, enjoy the calming sounds of the breeze in the pine trees and the forest animals. What animals can you spot? The water here is a natural icy cold spring which is just waiting to invite you in for a dip!

Waiting for your arrival with its enchanting and small lagoon is Alanya Dim cave. The path to the cave makes for a lovely walk, and in the cave the lighting makes it very mystical and bewitching. The Dim cave is a constant 18 degrees all year round, a real captivating place that is sure to dazzle you with its beauty.

Last but not certainly not least, you will be provided with a delicious and hearty meal for lunch that will keep you topped up with much needed fuel to enjoy this fantastic day out at its fullest!

At around 17.00 you will arrive back at your hotel feeling the rush of endorphins and many happy memories imprinted on your memory.
