Your flight will be operated together with an experienced qualified instructor from an altitude of 500 meters and 700 meters above sea level. Your exciting paragliding journey over the unbelievable and endless expanses of the most beautiful mountains and the sea begins the moment a comfortable bus picks you up at the hotel at the agreed time and takes you to the Taurus Mountains. You will climb your first hill in about 15-20 minutes. During this time you can already enjoy the view that opens before your eyes.
Upon arrival at your chosen point, you will be met by professional instructors and experienced pilots. After the meeting, you will be informed of the detailed in-flight safety procedures and future action plan. They will tell you what you can and cannot do during the flight. The instructors will provide you with the necessary gear and equipment and conduct an introductory training session.
As soon as the training is over, you are well prepared for your paragliding flight over the vastness of the city. Your driving flight begins after you and your pilot have walked a short distance and performed a zero-gravity jump. In no time at all you’ll be hovering in the air like a bird, contemplating and admiring the world around you.
Paragliding Paragliding is performed from two different specialized points near Alanya. The first hill – Hidirellez – is at 500 meters above sea level, the second hill (Dolphin Hill) – at 700 meters above sea level. Each of these places is an ideal stop for paragliding.
You don’t need to have any special skills or experience to fly a paraglider. It is enough just to listen to the recommendations and rules of the instructors and act in accordance with safety precautions. Children under the age of 10 are also allowed to paraglide, so if you want to dare an extreme jump into weightlessness with your child, that is quite possible!
The pilot controls the paraglider completely, all you have to do is relax, enjoy the moment and look at the vastness of the Mediterranean Sea. You will be amazed by the nature of the southern resort: the mighty Taurus Mountains, green pine forests and the fantastic beauty of the Mediterranean Sea. You will be filled with a sense of genuine freedom and unparalleled happiness. Feel like a bird soaring over the sea for 15-25 minutes. If the weather conditions are favourable, you and your instructor can perform some extreme breathtaking tricks. You will remember this fantastic moment for years to come!
After seeing the chic landscapes of Alanya from above, your parachute will slowly descend to the famous Cleopatra Beach. The beach has repeatedly been awarded the Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the sea and the well-groomed territory. You land comfortably right on the soft sand that stays cool even on the hottest days.
A whole team of instructors is already waiting for you on the beach to welcome you and help you take off your gear and gear. You will surely be overwhelmed by vivid emotions and feelings of captured adrenaline. You will be proud of yourself because not everyone could commit such a risky act!
Before you land, a comfortable bus will be waiting for you on site. You will be escorted to the transport and will be at your hotel shortly. Enveloped feelings do not leave your body for a long time. You will definitely remember these moments for the rest of your life!
Unfortunately, according to the insurance company’s terms, it is not possible to take a phone or camera on a flight. But if you wish, for an additional fee, your instructor will take some beautiful panoramic photos of you soaring over the endless city and sea. Photos with a panorama of the city of Alanya, the famous Cleopatra Beach and the peninsula will be impressive! After your landing, you can purchase your favorite photos from the instructor.
